Terms of Service

Welcome to Cyber Guardians. By accessing our services, including Cybersecurity VAPT, Renewable Energy installations, and ELV solutions, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope

Cyber Guardians provides specialized technical consultancy and installation services. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). For Cybersecurity services, we operate strictly under "Ethical Hacking" guidelines with written authorization from the client.

2. Ethical Conduct (Cyber)

Our offensive security testing is designed to identify vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for pre-existing system instabilities. Clients must ensure full backups are performed before any VAPT activity begins.

3. Equipment & Warranties (Solar/ELV)

All hardware (Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries, Cameras) is subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. Cyber Guardians provides a standard 1-year workmanship warranty on all physical installations unless otherwise stated in the contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, audit findings, and custom-engineered designs produced by Cyber Guardians remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership of final reports is transferred to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Guardians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system breaches by third-party attackers or natural disasters affecting renewable energy hardware.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) regarding client data. Your security architecture and internal infrastructure details are handled with military-grade encryption and privacy protocols.
